The Simpsons Theme Tunehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DX1iplQQJTo
Describe what the music sounds like:
The instruments/sounds/SFX I can hear are:
The music suggests a big dramatic, but traditional feel as it increases from the introduction to the middle with traditional African music, dialogue and explosions. It increases the mood with a light major melody towards the end.
The music is gentle and increases in tension as it varies between horror-themed and gentle picking. The voiceover narrates with a deep voice in an almost calming manner.

The music starts very soft and gradually increases, turning quite dramatic with the carnage, then becoming more orchestrated with the violin's melody. Lots of in-film SFX.
